I found this blog post from Psychology Today and thought it could be of interest to others.  I really like the positive suggestion on how attorneys can deal with the inherent stress in their daily life.  It isn’t enough to just  know you are prone to depression finding ways to balance those stressors is just as important.  It is an individual process and this author gives some great tips.
